A short, rock-and-fallow-farm hike from a fallow patch up over a granite slab and back down to a lake - an easy half-day spot if you start early enough to beat the heat.

Any. Careful on wet rock during monsoon. It will get hot in the dry months. Carry enough water & electrolytes.

The lake might have very little water late in the dry season, that is Jan-Apr.

The best time, in terms of weather is June-Dec.

Kid and pet-friendly

This trail is fairly suitable for kids and pets, but be more careful on wet patches during the monsoon season.

And the dry season (Jan-Apr) can get pretty hot early in the day, so best to start early in the morning.

Trail description

The trail starts at one of the fallow farms & goes up the rock and back down to the lake.

There's not much shade near the lakeshore. So start early.
